Visual Reinforcement Orientation Audiometry

For children aged between 6 months and 2 ½ years.

This test is a lot of fun! When your child hears a sound from a loud speaker they are encouraged to turn their head. We use a dancing puppet to reward your child’s response. By conditioning your child to respond as soon as they hear the sound, we obtain accurate results for a range of frequencies.

Who is Suitable for this Test?

Children with improved head control who can turn towards the direction of a sound are suitable for this test.
